RETURNS & REFUNDS – THE GOODMOTHER

The Goodmother (Maxs BV – BE0555912047) sells carefully curated goodiebags containing, among other items, cosmetics, food and beverages.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating any reason, in accordance with Belgian law.

2. Important Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
- opened cosmetics;
- opened food or beverage products;
- personalised or custom-made goodiebags.

3. Sealed Goodiebags

Each goodiebag from The Goodmother is carefully assembled and sealed to ensure hygiene and quality.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns of goodiebags are only accepted if the original seal remains fully intact and undamaged.

4. Conditions for Return

Where the right of withdrawal applies, returned products must:

- be unopened;
- be in their original condition;
- be complete;
- be returned in adequate packaging.

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Return Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of return shipment are borne by the customer.

7. Delivery Complaints

Complaints regarding transport damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 24 hours after delivery via email or WhatsApp, accompanied by clear photos.
