TERMS & CONDITIONS – LIABILITY

The Goodmother (Maxs BV – BE0555912047) acts as an assembler and reseller of products from external producers.

COMPOSITION OF GOODIEBAGS
For the assembly of goodiebags, products may be removed from their original outer packaging or combined. Where possible, the original product information remains available via the product page or upon request. The products themselves remain unaltered and in their original condition.

ALLERGENS
Allergen and ingredient information is based on data provided by the producer. The Goodmother strives to present this information as accurately as possible; however, the customer remains responsible for checking ingredients in advance in case of allergies or intolerances and, where necessary, for contacting us.

ALCOHOL – AGE REQUIREMENT
Alcoholic products are sold exclusively to persons who have reached the legal minimum age. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old for spirits and at least 16 years old for beer, wine, and other fermented beverages.

The Goodmother reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is any doubt regarding the age of the customer or recipient.

STORAGE
After delivery, the customer is responsible for proper storage and compliance with shelf-life requirements.

LIABILITY
The Goodmother shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect storage after delivery, or defects caused by the manufacturer, except in cases of wilful misconduct or mandatory statutory liability. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.

B2B & EVENTS
Professional customers are responsible for communication to end users and shall indemnify The Goodmother against third-party claims, to the extent permitted by law.
